Thank you so much for filling out my application for the 30 Days of Gratitude Group!!
Starting on October 21st, I will be hosting a 30 day group that is going to focus on teaching you the power of gratitude within your health and fitness journey.
A big part of is changing your lifestyle is the way that you approach your day, obstacles & set backs. When you begin to learn new strategies to handle life's stressors and focus on the daily moments of joy- your perspective shifts and results happen.
We are going to incorporate a gratitude practice along side of our health and fitness routine. I am going to be your coach through the course of the next 30 days.
I will match you up with a fitness program and nutrition plan that will meet your needs to help you start and finish the workout to get the results that you desire.
