After 9 years of diligently focusing on my health and nutrition, I notice when things are not feeling “normal”.

I found myself telling my husband that I was always tired, constantly had a headache, felt irritable 24/7, and couldn’t shake my anxiety even after a year of intensive therapy.  I thought to myself, something else has to be going on!!  

In 2021, I set a goal to start focusing on my emotional health.  I’ve dealt with anxiety and panic attacks for over 10 years. I made a huge commitment to start seeing a therapist to deal with the anxiety + I set some healthy boundaries for my own self-care.  I knew the only way I was going to overcome the anxiety was to start setting boundaries, get 7-8 hours of sleep, and address the root cause of the anxiety.  

Towards the end of 2021, after 11 months of hard personal work on myself I just felt like something else was missing. There was this little voice in the back of my mind that kept whispering, “chronic fatigue syndrome” and “leaky gut”.

After 12 weeks with a functional practitioner, supplements, accountability, and low impact workouts, I finally felt like I was moving in the right direction. 

I started with my nutrition first & eliminated all the inflammatory foods from my diet for about 3 solid months.

I did a cortisol test in 2022 and confirmed that I had some cortisol issues.

We worked on healing my adrenals, and my leaky gut, and continuing to keep inflammatory foods out.

I went on to switch my skincare to a less toxic brand, for my beauty products, and household items. I addressed my hormonal imbalances and I've supported my body in healing step by step!

I truly believe that my glowing skin is not just any one specific factor. It's not just the skincare line I use the supplements I take or the Matcha I drink each morning. It is a compounding effect of the lifestyle overhaul I have made in the last year!

But, it all started with one single decision that I wasn't going to settle for THIS IS JUST THE WAY IT IS AS YOU AGE OR LIFE! 

I got curious, I asked questions and I was willing to make lifestyle changes so that I didn't have to live in constant anxiety and discomfort anymore!

The Beginning Of Something New.

Autumn sets you up for success in your first week by sharing her best tips on getting started and what to expect. She’ll help you focus on following the program as designed while you familiarize yourself with the process. 
 

Week 2


 

Great Expectations.

This week your focus will be on managing and reducing stress. Believe it or not, stress can have a major impact on your gut health. Use Autumn’s tips and the included PDFs to pay attention to how you feel, and see what a difference it can make.

Week 3


 

Building a Better Biome. 

You’re halfway through the program! This week Autumn wants you to focus on two things: getting better sleep and thoroughly chewing your food. First she shares tips for creating a relaxing nighttime routine to help you get a good night’s rest. Next she explains why breaking down your food is important for your digestion and overall eating habits.

Week 4


 

Prepare for Re-Entry.

You’ve made a lot of changes over the last three weeks, so this week Autumn keeps you focused on eating a variety of foods and trying new gut-friendly recipes. She’ll also make some suggestions about which fitness and nutrition program you might try after The Four Week Gut Protocol, and how to plan for it.

Reintroduction 


 

If you’ve identified the foods that cause you discomfort, you can keep them out of your diet forever. However, if you’d like to see how your body reacts to the foods you’ve removed, Autumn will show you how to reintroduce them carefully while looking out for signs of sensitivity.

When does the mentorship start?

The start date is September 16, 2024, and will run through October 19, 2024. 

Once you complete your application, I will reach out personally to you to make sure you have all the tools and send you the private Facebook Group link.

We will be starting with a 'prep week' on September 16th running through the 22nd. Starting with week 1 of the protocol on September 23, 2024. 

What is required of me to join and participate in this mentorship? 

To join my mentorship, I must be your assigned partner! In addition to having me as your partner, you must have The 4 Week Gut Protocol nutritional program and The 4 Week Gut Protocol Supplements. Once you have filled out the application, we will connect more via email to ensure you are set up for the group.

During the 4 weeks, you must be willing to participate in daily posts that help with the learning process throughout this journey. This is the time to ask questions and connect with people who are going through this as well. Posting your tracker that you will get when you are in the program will help keep you accountable, as well as, doing the work on the inside!

As your mentor, it will be my job to keep you accountable for the goals that you have set out over the 4 weeks. I will guide you through the 4 weeks that Autumn has created + my own 4 Week Gut Protocol journey.
