I started my daily mindset and growth routine 12 years ago when I started my online business. I was introduced to personal development by my mentor and the first book I read was "The Slight Edge" by Jeff Olson. That book changed my life. I started to listen to audio about how to achieve my goals every free chance I got. I stopped listening to the radio and watching TV and filled my head with inspiring stories of other women who achieved their goals despite the odds being stacked against them.
I started journaling my goals and dreams each morning and setting intentions for the day.
Over the next 12-18 months I stepped into a totally new person.
I had a clear vision, increased confidence, and my goals were becoming my reality.
